Product Description

This device is a 32-bit microcontroller based on the high-performance Arm® Cortex-M0+ core, operating at a frequency of up to 48MHz, with built-in high-speed memory, an extensive range of enhanced I/O ports and peripherals/en/products/mm32mcu/low_power/mm32l_low_power/mm32l0130

- 64KB Flash and 8KB SRAM

- Embed segmented LCD driver SLCD which is able to drive 8x36 or 4x40 segments, and charge pump which can keep the LCD screen clear when the voltage drops/en/products/mm32mcu/low_power/mm32l_low_power/mm32l0130 Support COM and SEG pin remapping with flexible adjustment of duty cycle, bias voltage, frame rate and contrast
- Three UART interfaces (including one LPUART interface), two SPI interfaces, two I2S interfaces and one I2C interface

- One infrared signal modulation module IRM supports ASK, PSK or FSK modulation

- Five channel DMA

- Five 16-bit timers

- Hardware calendar RTC

- One 12-bit SAR ADC with 15 external channels, whose conversion rate up to 1MSPS

- One low-power comparator
- Working voltage: 1/en/products/mm32mcu/low_power/mm32l_low_power/mm32l01308V~ 5/en/products/mm32mcu/low_power/mm32l_low_power/mm32l01305V
- Supported temperature range: -40¡æ~85¡æ
- Multiple sets of power-saving modes make possible the design of low-power applications

- Power consumption can be lowered to 300nA in the Standby mode

- Power consumption can be lowered to 100nA in the Shutdown mode

- Provide LQFP64 and LQFP48 package types
